flipper-z-f7-update-arf-shuka-edition.tgz from Releases ↗2. Open qFlipper → Install from file → select the
.tgz3. Done — firmware + all apps installed in one step
For firmware-only (no SD card changes): download flipper-z-f7-full-arf-shuka-edition.dfu instead.
Recovery (Bricked Flipper)
- Unplug USB completely
- Hold BACK for 30 s — hardware-level reset
- Hold BACK + LEFT for 3 s — soft reboot
- Hold BACK + OK for 35 s
- At 35 s: release BACK, keep holding OK
- While holding OK: plug in USB
- Open qFlipper → Repair Firmware
Forces STM32 into hardware boot ROM recovery mode — bypasses any broken firmware entirely.
